Our Review Methodology
Transparency is core to what we do. Here is exactly how every SmartSignify review is produced.
- We purchase all products at standard retail prices — no manufacturer-supplied review units
- Each product is tested over a minimum of 2 weeks in realistic use conditions
- We use a standardised 40-point scoring rubric covering performance, design, value, and usability
- Scores are peer-reviewed by a second team member before publication
- Reviews are updated when significant changes occur (price drops, firmware updates, new competitors)
- Our affiliate disclosures are clear and present on every page containing commercial links
